Gandolf's Fine Chocolates

I read an article in Martha Stewart's Living magazine that she wanted to hear from readers about their favorite purveyors. I had no doubt who I wanted to write about.

The first bite through the outer crust of chocolate explodes in your mouth to reveal the inside of creamy truffle. Since Guy uses only the finest ingredients, the flavor is intense. I see Guy every weekend at my local farmers market. I hope you visit his website, or if you are in Sonoma County, stop at the Santa Rosa Farmers Market on Saturdays, all year.
